WHAT IS PANFAN?

Panfan is a revolutionary, award winning product that eliminates toilet odour and the micro-organisms found in that odour creating a more hygienic, odour-free bathroom.

Panfan comes as a vented or filtered kit that is activated when the toilet is in use, creating a vacuum within the bowl so unfavourable smells never escape!

Pan Fan is a premium product which offers a new solution to an age old problem. Unlike other extraction methods, Panfan removes the micro-organisms that cause odour directly from the bowl so you don't have to breathe them in before they are extracted from the room.

Pan Fan is available as a retro fit system and fixed within the bowl eliminating the wasted energy caused from venting your entire powder or bathroom. Saving you money on power bills and unnecessary air freshener purchases.

EASY TO INSTALL

Panfan can be installed in less than an hour and only requires standard 40mm piping. The system is fit inside the toilet and vents to the rear of the cistern just above the waterline.

The odors are then extracted up the wall via the piping and out to the soffit to escape to the atmosphere. The fan can be mounted up to 20m from the cistern in the ceiling, above the roofline, under the floor, on an outside wall or anywhere it can be accessed for servicing.

Making this an ideal system for new homes, renovations, and apartment developments.

QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE

Works efficiently up to 20Lm with venting from toilet to outlet/filter.

Pipe Size: 50ø up to 40LM or 40ø up to 20LM

Pipe Bends: Up to 12 bends x 90˚ (if required)

Best time to install: At frame stage (bare walls) during construction, pipework is installed within wall framing (bare walls) with pipe inlet at required height to suit your toilet model. The fan extraction system is fully installed at this time.

Requires: 1 x power point usually connected to the same light switch circuit of the toilet/bathroom.

DO NOT GLUE FAN TO VENT PIPE

Step 1: Determine location of toilet and height of toilet cistern for vent pipe inlet of Panfan.

Step 2: Determine location of external vent to soffit line or roof penetration.

Step 3: Run vent pipe from toilet location to vent location, gluing all pipework.

Step 4: Choose best location along vent pipe installed for Panfan unit. Cut out section of vent pipe to allow for unit to be placed in between. Ensure accessibility for future service.

Step 5: Secure Panfan unit with flexible foam tape (as provided) to vent pipe at each end. DO NOT GLUE unit to end.

Step 6: Plug unit into power outlet, linked to desired switch.

The inline fan is compact using small 40ø pipe up to 20M distance ideal for multi level situations. Being made from durable ABS plastic and safe ultra low voltage, the fan can be mounted outdoors in the weather.
